“EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE”
April 3, 2009

Kimberli Franklin of Netarts felt she deserved a second chance, and when it came about, she had to pull over to the side of the road.

Kimberli’s second chance resulted in an Oregon Lottery prize of more than $11,000. She entered the “Mamma Mia” Scratch-it Second Chance Drawing for a chance to win a trip to New York City. Kimberli was driving, when she received a cell phone call from Oregon Lottery representatives notifying her that she was the winner.

“I couldn’t believe it,” said Kimberli. Believe it or not, she felt the best thing to do was pull over to the side of the road, and find out “what was going to happen next.”
