She purchased the winning ticket from 7-Eleven Food Store. Caddarette picked the winning numbers. They were 2-13-19-25-37. Located at 4505 Lewis Avenue in Toledo, 7-Eleven Food Store receives a $500 bonus for selling a winning Rolling Cash 5 ticket.
