$1,000 NASCAR® PRIZE FOR SUTTON WOMAN

Kelli Solway of Sutton won $1,000 playing the $2 Scratch game NASCAR® from the Nebraska Lottery.

Solway purchased his winning NASCAR ticket at BG's Corner, 306 South French Street in Sutton. Scratching the ticket, she revealed two matching numbers with a corresponding prize of $1,000.

There are five $1,000 prizes available in the NASCAR game. Solway is the third person to claim a $1,000 prize to date.

Based on the #1 spectator sport in the United States, the NASCAR Scratch game offers players the chance to win one of two trips to a NASCAR sanctioned race, and $297,600 in cash prizes from $2 to $1,000. The odds of winning $1,000 playing NASCAR are 1 in 48,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.78.
