MONMOUTH AND BERGEN COUNTY WINNERS SPLIT $650,124 JERSEY CASH 5 JACKPOT

TRENTON, NJ – The two owners of Jersey Cash 5 jackpot tickets that were sold in Monmouth and Bergen Counties have split the top prize of $ 650,124 for the Jersey Cash 5 drawing held on Thursday, March 12. Each winning ticket is worth $325,062.
Acting Executive Director William T. Jourdain said the winning tickets were the only two sold for Thursday's drawing that matched all five numbers drawn. The winning numbers were: 02, 07, 16, 26 and 36.
The Monmouth County ticket was purchased at Welsh Farms, located at 37056 Highway 33 in Neptune . The Bergen County ticket was sold at Al Ray Liquors, located at 46 Moonachie Road in Moonachie.
“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at Welsh Farms and Al Ray Liquors, ” said Acting Executive Director Jourdain. “For selling these tickets, each of these businesses will receive a bonus check for $750. Overnight, these retailers have become two more ‘lucky locations' for some very fortunate winners.”
Jourdain also noted that 6 ,936 other players won $180,378 in cash prizes in the drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 209 players won cash prizes of $509.00 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 6,727 players won $11.00 each.
