Kevin B. Donovan’s recent trip to Shaw’s Supermarket on State Road turned extremely profitable when he bought a Cash Money instant game ticket at the Plymouth store. The instant ticket was a $1 million grand prize winner.
Donovan of Plymouth, pictured here with Michele McPherson, received his first of 20 annuity checks for $50,000 before taxes today at Lottery headquarters in Braintree. Shaw’s will receive a $10,000 commission on the sale.
Cash Money, a $5 instant game, features 10 prizes of $1 million and more than 69,000 prizes from $200 to $10,000. Overall, there are more than 6 million winning tickets in the game.
