TWO TICKETS HIT $5.9 MILLION LOTTO JACKPOT

DENVER – Two tickets purchased in Broomfield matched all six numbers in Saturday’s Lotto drawing, splitting a $5.9 million top prize. One of the lucky tickets was purchased at King Soopers, 12167 Sheridan Blvd., while the other was bought at Circle K, 595 Summit Blvd. The winning numbers were: 6, 15, 18, 30, 33 and 35.
The two tickets are worth $2.95 million each if the annuity option is chosen, or $1.47 million in cash. The ticket holders have 180 days to claim jackpot prize. The probability of winning the Lotto jackpot is 1 in 5,245,786. Overall probability of winning any prize is 1 in 35. Fifteen people matched five of six numbers in Saturday night’s drawing, earning a $658 prize. Another 908 people matched four of six numbers to win $43.
“We are excited to see two new millionaires in Colorado,” said Colorado Lottery Director Jack Boehm.
