$1.1 MILLION LOTTO PLUS TICKET SOLD IN NASHVILLE!

NASHVILLE – A LOTTO PLUS ticket sold in Nashville is worth $1.1 million after Tuesday night's drawing, making it the fifth win of $1 million or more since the beginning of 2009! No additional information is available until the prize is claimed.
This win comes on the heels of a string of exciting news from the Tennessee Lottery, including several recent additions to a fast-growing club of millionaires. This LOTTO PLUS ticket is the 29th ticket purchased worth $1 million or more since ithe Lottery began just over five years ago, the most recent of which was claimed on Monday morning after a lucky player scratched off a top prize in the Lottery’s newest instant-ticket game, “Tennessee Millionaires Club.”
With the help of “Tennessee Millionaires Club,” the Lottery sold $27,646,798 in tickets last week, which makes it the second highest week of sales excluding the first two weeks of start-up. The other week was Feb. 18, 2006, when sales were $33,588,251.
