“I thought about driving down and sleeping outside the Lottery’s office,” he said. Instead, he placed the ticket in his pocket and waited for morning.
The winner, who did not want his name used, won’t divulge how he picked the winning combination. “I have my own strategy, and I’m going to keep it to myself,” he said.
Tired and still a little dazed by the events, the winner hasn’t made any definite plans for the long term. Even when asked if he would celebrate soon with his fiancée, he wasn’t sure.
