PORTSMOUTH MAN WINS $15,000 TOP PRIZE

ATHENS - Keep scratching is the advice of the latest winner of an Ohio Lottery instant game. Charles A. Boggs of Portsmouth won a $15,000 top prize on Merry Money Tripler. Boggs said he bought five tickets because it was a new roll.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Boggs will receive a check for $10,350.
He purchased the winning ticket from Kenny’s Convenient Mart, 7482 ST. RT. 139 in Lucasville.
