HOMERVILLE ASSEMBLY LINE WORKER HALTS FOR $50,000 PRIZE

ATLANTA – A Homerville assembly line worker is geared up for a lottery win. Curtis Oliver, 45, won a $50,000 top prize playing the Georgia Lottery instant game Jumbo Bucks Classic.

Quick Shop, 370 W. Forest Ave. in Homerville, sold the winning lottery ticket. Oliver scratched it in the store.

"I'm excited," he said. "Winning feels great."

Oliver intends to use his winnings to purchase a new home.
