COLUMBIA, SC – January started off the new year with a bang for MegaMatch 6 players with three jackpot-winning tickets sold!
A ticket purchased at B&B Store in Little River matched six numbers in the January 30 drawing and won the $675,000 jackpot; a ticket sold at Quick Pantry #9 in North Charleston won the $575,000 jackpot in the January 9 drawing; and on January 2, an $800,000 jackpot-winning ticket was bought at KMO #102 in Belton. So far, only the $575,000 jackpot-winning ticket sold in North Charleston has been claimed.
Thousands of additional MegaMatch 6 players won prizes from $7 up to the jackpot in each of the drawings.
A MegaMatch 6 ticket costs $5 and has three rows of six numbers in each row. Players win by matching four to six numbers in a single row or by matching five or more numbers contained in all three rows for a combination win. Players can win up to four times on a ticket. Drawings are held Tuesday and Friday evenings at 6:59. The MegaMatch 6 jackpot starts at $550,000 and grows at a minimum of $25,000 each drawing until won. Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.
