YOUNGSTOWN – A resident of Youngstown is the latest winner of an Ohio Lottery game. Miguel Vega-Cintron won $250,000 for matching five numbers in the 1-23-09 Mega Millions drawing.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Vega-Cintron receives $172,500.
The winning ticket was purchased at Little Tiny’s, 735 N. Garland Avenue in Youngstown. Vega- Cintron picked the numbers. The winning numbers were 2-17-20-27-28. The mega ball number was 7. Little Tiny’s receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a second-tier prize winning ticket.
