INDIANAPOLIS – The Powerball jackpot for Saturday, Oct. 11 is an estimated $20 million since none of the tickets sold for the Wednesday, Oct. 8 Powerball drawing matched all six numbers: 2, 12, 17, 48 and 54. The Powerball number was 2. The Power Play multiplier was 4.
There is a secondary Powerball prize winner from Indiana that won $800,000 after playing Power Play and matching five of the numbers, excluding the Powerball. The winning ticket was purchased from Sam's Smoke-Shop, Inc. at 1318 Indianapolis Blvd. in Whiting. The prize is still unclaimed.
There is also a secondary prize winner from Indiana that won $200,000 after matching the same five numbers, excluding the Powerball. The winning ticket was purchased from Marsh Supermarket #0056 at 500 S. Buffalo St. in Warsaw. The prize has not yet been claimed.
None of the tickets sold for the latest Hoosier Lotto drawing matched all six numbers drawn, so the jackpot rises to an estimated $9.5 million for the Saturday, Oct. 11 drawing.
The winning Hoosier Lotto numbers Saturday were: 20, 21, 22, 25, 40 and 42.
