LAFAYETTE LOTTERY WINNER: $100,000 FOR DENNY'S MANAGER
October 8, 2008
INDIANAPOLIS - Caroline Clark of Lafayette has never considered herself a lucky individual until now. She and her husband, Tom, claimed $100,000 from Hoosier Lottery Headquarters this morning.
"I won $10 on a different ticket so I bought two Slots of Money Scratch-offs," said Clark. "We were beyond excited."
Clark purchased her winning Slots of Money Scratch-off ticket from Meijer C-Stop #137 at 4803 State Rd. 26 East in Lafayette.
"It took a while to sink in," said Clark, a General Manager for Denny's. "I'm going to pay off my car!" But before doing that, she was heading back to work at Denny's.
"I love you [Hoosier Lottery]!" said Clark.
All prizes must be claimed within 180 days after the drawing. Prizes greater than or equal to $50,000 must be claimed at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters. The Hoosier Lottery reminds all players to play responsibly.
