“THIS IS A GREAT BIRTHDAY PARTY!”
October 5, 2008

Don Passmore of Salem was attending a birthday party, where the party had a “Monte Carlo” type theme. “After you won a certain amount of money, you got a ticket that you could place in a drawing,” said Don.

Don won enough to be entered in one of the drawings, and when his name was chosen, he decided that five $1 “Stinkin’ Rich” Scratch-itSM tickets were the right prize for him. Don’s selection proved a good move on his part, as one of the five tickets made Don a $1,500 top prizewinner.

The winning ticket was purchased at Progress Liquor Store, in Beaverton. “My sister bought 10 “Stinkin’ Rich” Scratch-itSM tickets for the party, and she scratched the first five tickets herself.” Although his sister’s tickets did not provide her with a big win, Don said she was happy when he won his big prize.
