POWERBALL JACKPOT MOVES TO $20 MILLION!

The jackpot in America’s game is on the move.
The jackpot for the Saturday, October 4th drawing will be $20 million with the cash option at $9.9 million.
The numbers drawn Wednesday evening were 8, 9, 39, 43, 55, and the Powerball was 26. The Power Play multiplier was 2.
Nineteen tickets matched 4 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. Two additional tickets of that prize level had the Power Play and had the prize multiplied by 2 for a $20,000 cash win! A total of 388,346 tickets across the nation won more than $2.2 million in prizes playing America’s favorite game.
There were 76,692 winning Powerball tickets that multiplied their prize by 2 Wednesday. Players were able to do that by purchasing the Power Play option for $1. With Power Play you multiply your Powerball winnings from 2-5 times, except for the jackpot. At the beginning of each drawing a wheel is spun to select that night’s multiplier.
Players should carefully check their tickets after every draw. Even if there are no jackpot winners there are always tens of thousands of winners at other prize levels.
Players purchased $17,305,079 in Powerball and Power Play tickets between Sunday and Wednesday night.
