NEW JERSEY SELLS ONE WINNG $250,000 TICKET AS MEGA MILLIONS ROLLS TO $32 MILLION

TRENTON, NJ – One lucky New Jersey Lottery player has won the Mega Millions second prize of $250,000 for the Friday, September 26 drawing. The winning ticket, which was sold in Passaic County , was purchased at Family Farms, located at 1012 Goffle Road in Hawthorne.
“Congratulations to the Family Farms ,” said the Lottery's Acting Executive Director William T. Jourdain. “ For selling this ticket, they will receive a bonus check for $500. They have become one of the Lottery's most recent ‘lucky locations' overnight.”
While there was no top-prize winner, 44,923 other New Jersey players took home $204,360 in prizes ranging from $2 to $10,000, according to Jourdain.
The winning numbers for the Friday, September 26 drawing were: 06, 13, 14, 31, and 36 and the Gold Mega Ball number was 36. With no winner of the top prize, the Mega Millions jackpot will roll to $32,000,000 for the next drawing, which will be held on Tuesday, September 30 at 11:00 pm on NJN-TV – the New Jersey Network.
