George Balda of West St. Paul and Rolland De Remer of Little Canada won a $200,000 Lottery prize by playing the $200,000 Match for Cash scratch game. They claimed the prize at the Lottery’s headquarters in Roseville on Sept. 29, 2008.
The winning ticket was purchased at Cooper’s Super Valu, 2481 W. 7th St. in St. Paul.
$200,000 Match for Cash is a $10 scratch ticket that offers a $200,000 top prize. Two of four $200,000 prizes remain in the game. The overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 3.48.
