42 INDIANA PACKAGING EMPLOYEES WIN $200,000

INDIANAPOLIS – Forty-two packaging employees from Zimmer, a manufacturer of orthopedic products, claimed $200,000 on a winning Powerball ticket. Eight of those employees came to Hoosier Lottery Headquarters yesterday to claim their winnings in 42 separate checks.
"I started this three years ago with six people," said group spokesperson Oscar Chavez of Plymouth. "Each year I've had more people that want to join. I never turn anybody down!"
Each of the 42 employees received individual checks for approximately $3,410.
"We are really happy," said Kelli Wainwright of Warsaw as she jumped for joy in the Prize Payment office of Hoosier Lottery Headquarters.
The Powerball numbers for the Wednesday, Sept. 17 draw were: 12, 23, 26, 32 and 44. The Powerball number was 20. The Power Play multiplier was 3.The Zimmer employees matched five of the six numbers, excluding the Powerball for a $200,000 win. The winning ticket was purchased from Pak-A-Sak #24 at 520 West Jefferson St. in Plymouth.
