EIGHT IS NORTH VERNON COUPLES' LUCKY NUMBER

INDIANAPOLIS – Craig Sentz of North Vernon lost power in his barber shop yesterday, so he wasn't able to work. Instead, he ran to the Energy Plus 24 gas station to purchase a few items, including an 8 Times the Luck Scratch-off ticket.
"I normally would have been at work," said Sentz, an entrepreneur. "I scratched it off and thought 'no way!'" Sentz discovered he was one of the top prize winners of $88,888.
The Jennings County resident purchased his winning 8 Times the Luck Scratch-off ticket from Energy Plus 24 at 541 West Walnut St. in North Vernon.
"This is fun money!" said Sentz.
Sentz and his wife of 4 years, Stephanie, plan to make a few purchases for their son and maybe a fishing boat for the family.
"We have an 8-month-old that is going to get a new play set!" said Stephanie Sentz.
All prizes must be claimed within 180 days after the drawing. Prizes greater than or equal to $50,000 must be claimed at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters. The Hoosier Lottery reminds all players to play responsibly.
