Anne Schimpf couldn’t believe her luck. The Edmonton resident’s WESTERN 649 ticket matched all six winning numbers drawn winning her $1 Million!
Anne purchased a few Quick Pick tickets for the August 30th draw, including the lucky $3 WESTERN 649 ticket, from 118 Avenue Super Food Store located at 3637 – 118 Avenue in Edmonton.
The morning after the draw, Anne looked at the winning WESTERN 649 numbers while she was sipping her morning coffee. “I noticed that I had one number, then two, then three, then four, then five, and then all six!”
“At first I thought, ‘This isn’t true.’ It came as a total shock!” The happy winner reminisced, “Now I think it’s a miracle, it’s just a miracle!”
Anne plans to share her windfall with her family and possibly take a trip somewhere. “I’ve always been an economical person, so winning this isn’t going to change me, but it does give me peace of mind to know that I don’t have to worry about money anymore!”
