KANSAS, OKLAHOMA MAN WINS $30K PLAYING BIG MONEY SCRATCHER

OKLAHOMA CITY – Raymond Wadsworth of Kansas, Okla. won $30,000 playing the Oklahoma Lottery’s Big Money Scratcher. He purchased his winning ticket at Station 2, 137 State Hwy 59, in Watts.
A Lottery player since it began, Wadsworth’s first reaction to winning was that someone was playing a prank.
“I thought the ticket was a fake,” he says. “I told my wife to look at it and see if someone was playing a trick on me.”
Wadsworth bought the ticket early one morning on his way home from work. His wife, Niki, happened to still be awake waiting for him to arrive home.
“I normally don’t play Big Money but I just had a feeling about that game,” says Wadsworth. “If people play they should follow they’re gut feeling.”
The Wadsworth’s are glad the Lottery supports Oklahoma’s education and they plan on using their winnings toward buying a car and saving for their children’s future.
