OGALLALA MAN WINS $35,000 PLAYING WORD SEARCH

Larry Teter of Ogallala won $35,000 playing the $3 Scratch game Word Search from the Nebraska Lottery.

Teter purchased his winning Word Search ticket at Kwik Stop, 217 East First Street in Ogallala. Scratching the ticket, he revealed 13 complete words for a corresponding prize of $1,000.

There are two $35,000 top prizes available in Word Search. Teter is the first person to claim a $35,000 prize to date.

Word Search is a $3 Scratch game from the Nebraska Lottery that offers players the chance to win $979,400 in cash prizes from $3 to $35,000. The odds of winning $35,000 playing Word Search are 1 in 240,000 while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.57.
