August 22, 2008
DES MOINES, Iowa - A Johnson County woman has won a large lottery prize!

Patricia Barr won $15,000 playing the “Lucky Wheel” instant-scratch scratch game. She purchased the winning ticket at Suburban Amoco, 370 Scott Court in Iowa City.
