INDIANAPOLIS - A new big screen television is in Michael Sprinkle’s future after winning $75,000 Sunday on the Hoosier Lottery Scratch-off game Hot Streak. Sprinkle and his wife Michelle, both of Plainfield, came to Hoosier Lottery Headquarters first thing this morning to claim their jackpot.

“I didn’t sleep last night,” he said. “I was just in shock really. I couldn’t believe it.”

Sprinkle purchased his winning Hot Streak Scratch-off ticket from Speedway at 1608 East Main Street in Plainfield.

“I always go online and see what prizes are left,” he said. “That was the last [jackpot] winning ticket on that game.”

Besides buying a big screen television, Sprinkle also plans to invest some of his winnings, refinance his house and buy a new vehicle.

“I need a new truck,” he said. “My car isn’t going to make it much longer.”
