ATLANTA – A Decatur man is ready to embark on an unforgettable journey with two new vehicles. Michael Arnold, 54, won a signature motorcycle and truck from playing the Georgia Lottery instant game Harley-Davidson® Rides & Riches.
Arnold won a 2008 Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy 105th Anniversary-Edition motorcycle and a 2008 105th Anniversary Ford Harley-Davidson™ F-150 truck.
"I've always wanted a Harley truck and bike," he said.
Arnold scratched the ticket while watching TV at home and placed it under a lamp. He was surprised at what he'd discovered.
"I called my cousin and told her that I'd won, but she didn't believe me at first," he said. "I had to meet her to show her the ticket."
The craftsman has built displays and countertops for BK Interior Construction Inc. for 16 years. He plans to drive his new truck to work.
"I'm happy to have the keys," he exclaimed.
Both prizes were awarded Wednesday. Arnold purchased the winning ticket at Decatur Package Store, 1220 Clairmont Road in Decatur.
