$108,183 FANTASY 5 TICKET ON THE LOOSE IN L.A. COUNTY
August 21, 2008
SACRAMENTO – All of us have good and bad luck. But good luck is surely in store for whoever purchased a winning ticket worth over $108,000 in the Southern California town of Newhall. California Lottery officials are asking players to remember to check their tickets and ask friends to do the same as a $174,574 winning ticket went unclaimed in Corona less than a month ago.

Last night’s winning Fantasy 5 ticket successfully matched all 5 winning numbers – 7, 8, 14, 18 and 39. The ticket was sold at Mayer’s Freeway Shell at 25340 North Chiquella Lane in Newhall. The retailer will receive a $540 commission.
