STILLWATER COUPLE WINS $10,000 PLAYING POWERBALL

OKLAHOMA CITY – Jimmy and Vikkisu Dawson of Stillwater won $10,000 playing Powerball. The couple purchased their ticket for the August 6 drawing at the Conoco at 724 N. Perkins Road in Stillwater.
Vikkisu said she always checks their tickets and was shocked to see that they had won $10,000.
“I thought I had three white numbers and the Powerball which would have been a $100 win,” she said. “But my daughter was looking over my shoulder and said no mom, you have four white numbers and the Powerball.”
The couple says they plan to use their winnings toward paying bills and then take a small amount for “fun money.”
