Wagner G. Costa, a computer technician from Framingham, became the latest Lottery millionaire when he won one of the grand prizes on the Jumbo Bucks instant game from the Massachusetts State Lottery.
Costa received his first of 20 annuity checks for $50,000 before taxes today at Lottery headquarters in Braintree.
He bought the lucky ticket at Mr. C’s Truck Stop on Mystic Avenue in Medford. The station will receive a $10,000 commission on the sale.
Jumbo Bucks, a $5 instant game, features, more than $115 million in prizes including 10 grand prizes of $1 million. Overall, there are more than 6,300,000 winning tickets in the game.
