HUNTERDON AND PASSAIC COUNTY WINNERS SPLIT $401,476 JERSEY CASH 5 JACKPOT

TRENTON, NJ – The two owners of Jersey Cash 5 jackpot tickets that were sold in Hunterdon and Passaic Counties have split the top prize of $401,476 for the Jersey Cash 5 drawing held on Saturday, July 26. Each winning ticket is worth $200,738.
Acting Executive Director William T. Jourdain said the winning tickets were the only two sold for Saturday's drawing that matched all five numbers drawn. The winning numbers were: 01, 05, 21, 28 and 31.
The Hunterdon County ticket was purchased at the New Jersey Lottery's Mobile Exhibit, which was located within the Quick Chek Festival of Ballooning at the Soleberg Airport in Readington . The Passaic County ticket was sold at 7-11 #11463, located at 356 Rifle Camp Road in West Paterson.
“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at the New Jersey Lottery's Mobile Exhibit and 7-11 #11463, ” said Acting Executive Director Jourdain. “For selling a winning ticket, 7-11 #11463 will receive a bonus check for $750. Overnight, they have become a ‘lucky location' for a very fortunate winner.”
Jourdain also noted that 4,597 other players won $105,538 in cash prizes in the drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 136 players won cash prizes of $448.00 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 4 ,461 players won $10.00 each.
Jersey Cash 5 is among the Lottery's more popular games with an average jackpot of $300,000. Sales from Jersey Cash 5 last year were just under $126 million.
