FIVE CLAIM NEAR CINCINNATI TOTALS $315,000

CINCINNATI - Five players of Ohio Lottery instant and on-line games in the Cincinnati area won in total $315,000. Susan Bramel of Cincinnati won $250,000 for matching five numbers in the July 8 Mega Millions game. Marilyn K. Gillespie of South Lebanon won $10,000 for matching four numbers and the mega ball number on the June 13 Mega Millions drawing. John B. Sparks won $20,000 on E-Z Play Bingo. Daniel T. Neltner of Cincinnati won $25,000 on Doubling Star Cashword. Richard Hassel of Cincinnati won $10,000 on Cash Vault. All filed claims in the Cincinnati regional office this week.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Bramel receives $172,500. Gillespie and Hassel will each receive $6,900. Sparks receives $13,800 and Neltner receives $17,250.
Bramel purchased the second-tier five-of-five Mega Millions ticket from Beachwood Exxon. She used the auto lotto. The winning numbers were 1-20-22-29-41. The mega ball number was 35. Beachwood Exxon, at 3451 Mt. Carmel Road in Cincinnati receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a second-tier prize winning ticket.
