FOURTEEN DAYS LEFT TO FIND WINNER OF $175,000 TICKET
July 14, 2008
SACRAMENTO – Officials at the California Lottery would really like to meet the person or group of people who hold a winning ticket that will soon exceed the 180-day claim period.
That MEGA Millions ticket was purchased in Riverside County for the January 29th draw. Two weeks from today it will no longer be worth $174,574 to the holder of the ticket. Instead, it will be forwarded to California schools.
The ticket matched the first five numbers drawn nearly six months ago. The numbers were – 23, 8, 42, 39 and 40. It missed the MEGA number of 24. The ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven at 702 West 6th Street in Corona.
