WEBSTER SPRINGS RESIDENT WINS $12,000
July 17, 2008
Delcie Dilley, 52, of Webster Springs, won $12,000 from the West Virginia Lottery's "Monopoly" instant game. She claimed her prize at the Lottery's office in Charleston July 7.

Lottery Director John Musgrave said nearly $934,000 remains to be won in the Monopoly game, including 12 top $12,000 prizes.

The ticket was purchased at Go Mart on West Main Street in Webster Springs.
