LOGAN RESIDENT WINS $7,000 INSTANT PRIZE

Warnie Hicks, Jr., 23, of Logan won $7,000 from one of the West Virginia Lottery's "Ruby Red 7s" instant tickets. He claimed the prize on July 14 at the Lottery's office in Charleston.

The winning ticket was purchased at Tobacco & Lottery Express in West Logan. Lottery Director John Musgrave said there is more than $295,000 remaining to be won in the game, including two $7,000 top prizes.
