COLUMBUS PLAYER COLLECTS ROLLING CASH 5 JACKPOT

COLUMBUS… A Franklin County resident is very lucky. Harry Phillips of Columbus won $131,000 after matching all five numbers on the June 28 Rolling Cash 5 game. He filed a claim yesterday in the Columbus regional office.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Phillips will receive a check for $90,390.

He purchased the winning ticket from Lisska Bar & Grill, 2665 East Fifth Avenue in Columbus. The winning numbers were 4-8-19-26-36. Lisska Bar & Grill receives a $500 bonus for selling a winning ticket.
