PICK 3 NUMBERS MISREPORTED JUNE 29, JUNE 30 AND JULY 1

TOPEKA, KAN. – The winning Pick 3 numbers for June 29, June 30 and July 1 were misreported, due to a software problem with the Lottery’s online vendor GTECH. The Random Number Generator that is used for Pick 3 drawings functioned correctly, but the winning numbers reported to the public were not the numbers drawn. The error was detected during the Lottery’s security verification process.
“The integrity of the Lottery’s Pick 3 drawings themselves are not in question,” said Kansas Lottery Executive Director Ed Van Petten. “What did malfunction unfortunately was our vendor GTECH’s software that reports those numbers. That malfunction has now been rectified.”
Here are the correct winning Pick 3 numbers for the drawings in question and the numbers that were reported:

Please note: Lottery Security has verified that the Pick 3 winning numbers drawn on
July 1 and July 2 are identical and correct.
Because of the misreporting of Pick 3 winning numbers on June 29, June 30 and July 1, the Kansas Lottery will pay prizes based on the correct winning numbers for those dates, as well as the reported numbers.
Players who believe they have winning tickets should send their tickets and a completed claim form to Kansas Lottery, Security Division, 128 N. Kansas Ave., Topeka, KS 66603.
