ATLANTA – The Georgia Lottery Corporation has announced that its Savannah District Office has moved to a new location. The new office is located in Lawrel Hill Village on Highway 17 at Abercorn Extension.
"Our new Savannah office is easily accessible from Interstate 95, Interstate 16 and other major highways," said Georgia Lottery Corporation President and CEO Margaret DeFrancisco. "We hope the new location will be more convenient for many of our Coastal Empire residents."
The new office is located at 101 Little Neck Road in Savannah. Georgia Lottery players can claim prizes and purchase tickets at the district office.
"We are very pleased to have such a prestigious tenant as the Georgia Lottery anchor the office component of this development," said Andrew Feiler, president of Metro Developers Inc., which is creating Lawrel Hill Village. "With traditional village architecture, preserved specimen live oak trees, a pedestrian-friendly design and a mix of office and retail uses, Lawrel Hill Village is becoming the 'downtown' of rapidly growing Southwest Chatham."
"We look forward to great success in our new location as we continue to work to fulfill our mission of maximizing dollars for the lottery-funded HOPE Scholarship and Pre-K programs," DeFrancisco said.
