ATHENS…Ruth E. Hall is the lucky one. The resident of St. Clairsville won $211,000 for matching all five numbers in the June 2, Rolling Cash 5 game. She filed claim in the Athens’ regional office yesterday.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Hall will receive $145,590.
She purchased the winning ticket from A 1 Drive Thru Express, 247 W. Main Street in Saint Clairsville. Hall used auto lotto. The winning numbers were 2-3-15-22-23. A 1 Drive Thru receives a $500 bonus for selling a wining ticket.
