NEW CASH FOR JAY COUNTY RESIDENT

INDIANAPOLIS - Mary Martinez of Redkey picked the new Hoosier Lottery Scratch-off ticket Cash Crop for a second time because she had already won $100 on the game previously. This time, she won much more than that. Martinez scratched off a ticket worth $100,000.
"I was nervous as heck," said Martinez. "I used a quarter to scratch off the ticket and I kept dropping it!"
After realizing she had a winning ticket, she immediately called her grandson at work. Martinez's grandson Evan accompanied her to pick up her prize at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters in downtown Indianapolis late yesterday.
Martinez has plans to fix up her home and help her grandson with his new car payment.
Martinez's winning ticket was purchased from GasAmerica #11 at 4324 S. Madison St. in Muncie.
