DENVER – One Lotto ticket, worth $2.8 million, was sold at Safeway, 5025 S. Kipling Parkway in Littleton. The store will receive $5,000 for selling the ticket, which matched all six numbers in the Lotto drawing on Wednesday, May 28. The winning numbers were: 6-16-26-32-37-40.
The winner has 180 days to claim the $2.8 million prize, worth $1.4 million in cash. The probability of winning the Lotto jackpot is 1 in 5,245,786. Overall probability of winning any prize is 1 in 35. Ten people matched five of six numbers in Saturday night’s drawing, earning a $653 prize. Another 551 people matched four of six numbers to win $44.
