OOPS, ONE LITTLE MISTAKE
June 6, 2008

Darci Miller of Elgin enjoys playing Keno, usually a seven-spot ticket. She even has a few numbers that she often plays. One of those numbers is “45”. Well, Darci was enjoying an evening at Sig’s Tavern, in Elgin, when she decided to play Keno. She marked her seven-spot ticket, then sat back to enjoy the evening, and hopefully, watch her numbers appear on the Keno monitor.

Darci played 10 consecutive games, and after the third game, she noticed the seven-spot Keno Rolling Jackpot Bonus had been won. Darci thought she had matched six of seven numbers. “I thought someone else had won,” said Darci. It was then that Darci noticed she had mistakenly played the number “35,” instead of the number “45,” making her the $16,117 winner.
