QUICK PICK TICKET WINS $22,000 2BY2 PRIZE FOR SYRACUSE WOMAN
May 27, 2008

Jean Shipps of Syracuse recently won $22,000 playing 2by2 from the Nebraska Lottery.

Shipps is a regular Nebraska Lottery Lotto player who purchases 2by2 tickets every week. For the May 22 drawing, she purchased a single-play quick pick ticket at Casey's General Store, 946 11th Street in Syracuse. The ticket contained the winning white ball numbers (11, 21) and red ball numbers (11, 19) for the $22,000 top prize.

Arriving at Nebraska Lottery headquarters the morning after the drawing, Shipps told Nebraska Lottery officials that she reacted with “disbelief” after learning she had won $22,000. She plans to pay bills using her winnings.
