NORTON PLAYER SCORES COOL MILLION

Paul E. Gooley became the latest lottery millionaire when he won the grand prize playing Pinball Wizard from the Massachusetts State Lottery.

Gooley received his first of 20 annuity checks for $50,000 before taxes today at Lottery headquarters in Braintree.

Gooley bought the lucky ticket at 7-Eleven on Washington Street in Canton. The store will receive a $10,000 commission on the sale.

Pinball Wizard, a $5 instant game, features 10 instant prizes of $1 million and nearly 8,000 instant prizes from $1,000 to $10,000. Overall, there are more than 6 million winning tickets in the game.
