WAYNESBORO SCHOOL BUS DRIVER TRANSPORTS $100,000 WIN
May 21, 2008

ATLANTA – A Waynesboro school bus driver took the Georgia Lottery route for a $100,000 win. Georgia Ann Dukes, 53, played the Georgia Lottery instant game Golden Ticket and won a $100,000 top prize.

Dukes' husband, Eddie, purchased the ticket for her as a Mother's Day gift. He purchased the ticket at Stop-N-Shop, 249 E. Sixth St. in Waynesboro.

"What a shock," the mother of four said. "I almost fainted."

Dukes said she plans to pay bills with her winnings.

"I may take a vacation," she shared. "We're thinking about Fort Lauderdale, Fla."
