Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack proudly awarded Nora A. Baden of Pittsburgh, PA a $2.9 million CA$HOLA jackpot at Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack on Friday, May 16, 2008.
“We are thrilled for Nora,” stated Jim Simms, Vice President of Marketing at Wheeling Island. “The $2.9 million jackpot is the largest of it’s kind for Wheeling Island or the region. This is just one of the reasons our Pittsburgh customers make the extra drive to Wheeling Island.”
Just moments after winning the $2.9 million jackpot, Baden proclaimed her excitement by admitting that she told her husband, “Let’s go to Wheeling Island today, I’m feeling lucky!”
