COLUMBUS…. Patricia A. Davis of Columbus and David W. Kalb of Groveport have something in common: winning. Davis won a $15,000 top prize after scratching Lucky Times 5. Kalb won $20,000 scratching $2,000,000 Platinum Payout. They filed in the Columbus regional office this week.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Davis will receive a check for $10,350. Kalb receives $13,800.
Davis purchased the $2 Lucky Times 5 winning ticket from PSN State Liquor, 185 High Street in Columbus. The game began selling 3/28/08. Seventeen prizes remain available for winning.
Kalb purchased the $2,000,000 Platinum Payout from Norm’s Market, 240 Main Street in Groveport. This game began selling 11/09/07. Three top prizes of $100,000 are available.
