THREE TOP PRIZE WINNERS

COLUMBUS…Three players in Franklin County have won top prizes after scratching Ohio Lottery instant games. Andrew R. Balling of Urbancrest won $10,000 a year for life on the Bonus for Life instant game. Shirley Walker of Columbus won $25,000 on Doubling Star Cashword. Joseph A. Russell of Groveport won $15,000 scratching All the Money. Players filed claims in the Columbus regional office.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Balling will receive a lump sum of $69,000 because he chose the cash option instead of the annuity prize. Walker receives $17,250. Russell receives $10,350.
Balling purchased the ticket from GC Mart, 1910 Stringtown Road in Grove City. More top prizes are available for winning. Walker purchased the winning Doubling Star Cashword from Ft. Amanda Duke & Duchess, 2401 Shawnee Road in Lima. More top prizes are available on Doubling Star Cashword. Russell purchased All the Money from Norm’s Market, 240 Main Street in Groveport. More top prizes are available on this also.
