NEW ORLEANS RESIDENT CLAIMS A CHERRY TWIST $10,000 TOP PRIZE

Roderick Brumfield of New Orleans claimed a $10,000 top prize at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's New Orleans office from a $2 scratch-off ticket, Cherry Twist.
"This is a blessing!" Brumfield exclaimed. "In fact, I am going to play again." Brumfield, age 40, purchased his top-prize winning scratch-off at Bullard Chevron on Bullard Avenue in New Orleans.
Cherry Twist has four top prizes of $10,000 remaining as of May 15 and offers players the chance to win up to 10 times on each ticket.
