INDIANOLA WOMAN WINS $30,000

DES MOINES, Iowa - A Warren County woman paid an extra dollar and won an extra $20,000 because she did so!
Pam Dunkerson of Indianola won $30,000 in the April 30 Hot Lotto® drawing. She purchased the winning ticket at Danlee, 290 N. Highway 28 in Martensdale.
Dunkerson claimed her prize at Iowa Lottery headquarters in Des Moines.
Hot Lotto players choose five numbers from a pool of 39 and another number, called the Hot Ball, from a pool of 19. The Hot Lotto jackpot starts at $1 million and grows until someone wins it. Tickets in the game cost $1. Hot Lotto drawings are held at about 9:40 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays, just before the Powerball drawings. Overall odds to win a prize are 1 in 16 and 1 in 10.9 million to win the jackpot.
Winning numbers for the April 30 Hot Lotto drawing were 2-3-15-25-31. The winning Hot Ball was 4.
Because Dunkerson played the Hot Lotto Sizzler®, she won $30,000 instead of $10,000!
