AFTER A ROUND OF GOLF, ALEXANDRIA MAN HITS THE GREEN IN WIN FOR LIFE GAME

Barry Rosman of Alexandria didn’t have much luck on the golf course, but he sure did when he played Win For Life on the way home!
He stopped at the 7-Eleven at 6146 Rose Hill Drive in Alexandria and bought a ticket for the May 3, 2008, Win For Life drawing. He used the Easy Pick function, allowing the computer to randomly select his numbers. When the winning numbers were drawn that night, his ticket matched five of the first six numbers plus the Free Ball to win $52,000.
He told Lottery officials the win came after a “horrible” golf game. “I saved the luck for this,” he said.
The winning numbers for that drawing were 1-7-21-23-33-36 and the Free Ball was 10.
